ROAD TRAFFIC CODE 2000 - REG 4B

4B .         Minister may designate shared zones

        (1)         The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette  —

            (a)         designate an area as a shared zone; and

            (b)         specify a speed limit applicable to that area of 20 km/h or less.

        (2)         The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette , amend or repeal a notice made under subregulation (1).
