RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT 1971 - ORDER 81F RULE 7
7 . Representative respondent
If a person is added
as a respondent and other persons have the same or a similar interest as that
respondent, the Court may order that —
(a) that
respondent be authorised to defend the proceedings on behalf of or for the
benefit of all persons so interested; and
(b) all
persons so interested shall be bound by any order made in the proceedings.
