PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 91

This Part applies to—

        (a)     the police force of Victoria; and

        (b)     the Chief Statistician; and

        (c)     an employee or consultant employed or engaged under section 6 of the Crime Statistics Act 2014 .
