WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 33H

On issuing a water share the Minister must specify—

        (a)     in the case of a water share issued under this Part to more than one person, whether the share is to be held by those persons—

              (i)     as joint tenants; or

              (ii)     as tenants in common;
