Assistance to be provided by a public sector body and a declared mine licenseeA public sector body and a declared mine licensee must ensure that the Rehabilitation Authority is provided with any assistance in connection with the reasonable performance of the Rehabilitation Authority's functions that the Rehabilitation Authority reasonably requires.
