LIMITATION OF ACTIONS ACT 1958 - SECT 38B
Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction(1) It is the intention of section 20A, as amended by section 3 of the Limitation of Actions (Amendment) Act 2004 , to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .
(2) It is the intention of section 20B to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .
