FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 174L
Disclosure of information by Chief Commissioner under this Part(1) The Chief Commissioner does not commit an offence under section 181, if the Chief Commissioner discloses information to the IBAC for the purposes of this Part.
(2) A member of Victoria Police personnel does not commit an offence under section 181, if the member discloses information to the IBAC for the purposes of this Part.
