CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 118
Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2009Part 9D does not apply to a claim by a person referred to in section 110 (as in force immediately before its repeal) under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 that was made but not finalised before the commencement of section 4 of the Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2009 . Section 110 (as in force before its repeal) continues to apply to that claim.
