Publication of grant of, or revocation or suspension of, licences and permits
Where –
(a) a licence or permit is granted; or
(b)

(c) a licence or permit is revoked or suspended –
the Board shall, as
soon as practicable cause to be published in the Gazette and in a newspaper
circulating throughout the State notice of that fact.
