(a) the applicant to lodge further documents or records within a specified
period after the application is lodged; or
(b) any other person to lodge any documents or records within a specified
period.
(2) An application lapses if the applicant fails to comply with a
requirement under subsection (1)(a) .
(3) The Police Review Board may extend the period in which documents or
records are required to be lodged under subsection (1) if satisfied that
exceptional circumstances exist.
