87Y Extraterritorial application of part
(1) This part applies both within and outside Queensland to the extent
necessary for any investigation of a contravention of section 74(1) or (2) or
75.
(2) For subsection (1) , this part applies outside Queensland to the
full extent of the extraterritorial legislative power of the Parliament.
