8A Leadership of the court
(1) The president has the function of ensuring the orderly and expeditious
exercise of the jurisdiction of the court when constituted by a Childrens
Court judge.
(2) The chief magistrate has the function of ensuring the
orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction of the court when
constituted by a Childrens Court magistrate, magistrate or justices.
