SENTENCING (CRIME OF MURDER) AND PAROLE REFORM ACT - SECT 18

    Subject to this Division –

        (a)     the prisoner's sentence is taken to include a non-parole period of

20 years; or

        (b)     if the prisoner is serving sentences for 2 or more convictions for murder – each of the prisoner's sentences is taken to include a

non-parole period of 25 years,

commencing on the date on which the sentence commenced.
