(1) A person must not procure the use or hire of any motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation.: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) A person must not aid or abet a person to procure the use or hire of any motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation.: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
