NORTHERN TERRITORY NATIONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACT 2007 (NO. 129, 2007) - SECT 101

             (1)  If the Secretary decides to grant a community store licence, the Secretary:

                     (a)  must give written notice of the decision to the person who will be the holder of the licence; and

                     (b)  must attach a copy of the licence (including any conditions to which it is subject).

             (2)  If the Secretary decides to refuse to grant a community store licence, the Secretary must give written notice of the decision to:

                     (a)  if the store has been assessed under section 94--the person who is the operator of the store; or

                     (b)  if a person has applied under section 96 for the community store licence--the person.

             (3)  A notice under subsection (2) must specify the reasons for the refusal.
