ABORIGINAL LOANS COMMISSION ACT 1974 No. 103 of 1974 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Commission may, by resolution approved by the Minister, delegate
all or any of its powers or functions under this Act (except this power of
delegation) to a member of the staff of the Commission.

(2) A power or function so delegated may be exercised or performed by the
delegate in accordance with the resolution.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable by resolution of the
Commission and does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of
a function by the Commission.
