ABORIGINAL LOANS COMMISSION ACT 1974 No. 103 of 1974 - SECT 31

31. Moneys of a Fund not immediately required for the purposes of this Act may
be invested-

   (a)  on fixed deposit with an approved bank;

   (b)  in securities of Australia; or

   (c)  in such other manner as the Treasurer approves.
