ABORIGINAL LOANS COMMISSION ACT 1974

No. 103 of 1974 An Act relating to the Provision of Financial Assistance for
certain Purposes conducive to the Advancement of the Aboriginal People of
Australia.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal Loans Commission Act 1974.*
