NATIONAL MEASUREMENT ACT 1960 - SECT 19B

    A person shall not falsely represent:

  (a)   that a pattern of a measuring instrument is in accordance with a pattern approved under the regulations; or

  (b)   that a measuring instrument is in accordance with a pattern so approved.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.
