NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953 - SECT 138A
Telephone access to offices The Minister shall direct the Secretary to make provision for
the development of a service which will enable a person to make a telephone
call to an office that is under the general control of the Secretary, at no
greater cost than the cost of a local telephone call.
