Other investigative powers etc. not affected(1) This Part does not, by implication, limit the investigative powers conferred on an authorised official by a law of the Commonwealth other than this Part.
(2) This Part does not detract from any obligations imposed on an authorised official by a law of the Commonwealth other than this Part.
