COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 10.19
Exemptions from sections 45AF, 45AG, 45AJ, 45AK and 45(1) Sections 45AF, 45AJ and 45 do not apply in relation to the making of a contract or arrangement, or the arriving at an understanding, if the contract, arrangement or understanding is a loyalty agreement.
(2) Sections 45AG, 45AK and 45 do not apply in relation
to conduct engaged in by a party to a loyalty agreement so far as the conduct
gives effect to a provision of the agreement in relation to an
outwards liner cargo shipping service or an
inwards liner cargo shipping service.
