Decisions to give, withdraw or not withdraw a notice under subsection 1313(1)The amendment made by item 307 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Amendment (Asia Region Funds Passport) Act 2018 applies in relation to decisions of ASIC to give, withdraw or not withdraw a notice under subsection 1313(1) that are made on or after the commencement of that item.
