Application of Division 75 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations)--general rule(1) Division 75 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) applies in relation to an ongoing external administration of a company.
(2) However, Division 75 of the
Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) does not apply in relation to
meetings convened or held before the commencement day.
