CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 8A
Attachment of part of a State or Territory to adjoining State or Territory for administrative purposes The Governor - General may, by Proclamation, declare that, for
the purposes of the administration of this Act, a part of a State or Territory
specified in the Proclamation is attached to an adjoining State or Territory
so specified, and a part of a State or Territory so specified shall, for the
purposes of this Act, be deemed to be part of the adjoining State or
Territory.
