CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 222
Defect in notice not to invalidate No notice under the last preceding section shall be deemed
invalid by reason of any defect or inaccuracy therein unless the Court is of
opinion that the defect or inaccuracy would prejudice the defendant in his or
her defence and the Court may give leave to amend such notice as it thinks
just.
