AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANISATION ACT 1979 - SECT 26M

    The authority conferred by an internal authorisation or by section   26L may be exercised on behalf of the Organisation by:

  (a)   an ASIO employee; or

  (b)   an ASIO affiliate.
