ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 65EF
Chair(1) The Board must, at its first meeting, elect a Chair from among its members.
(2) At any other meeting of the Board, the Board must elect a
new Chair if there is a vacancy in the office of Chair.
