  Confirms all existing titles, including over grants of land made since 31 October 1975, allows Aboriginal groups or persons to seek compensation for interference with their customary title (on AustLII)
• Magistrates' Court (Koori Court) Act 2002 (Vic)
  This amending act established the Victorian Koori Court, which is a division of the magistrates Court and sentences people who have pleaded guilty. The Act is now incorporated into the Magistrates’ Act 1989 (Vic) at ss 4(D) to 4(G) (pdf on Victorian Parliamentary website)
