THE RECOGNITION OF ABORIGINAL CUSTOMARY LAWS - 684. No Solutions Proposed.
Discussion of these issues in the literature so far gives a much
better guide to the difficulties in the way of the establishment or
support of Aboriginal community justice mechanisms than it does to
the possibilities and potential solutions. The question is whether
various responses, legal and administrative, to the problem suggest
possibilities for further action.
