REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA: ACCESSION
The Government of Australia, acting in its capacity as depositary,
communicates the following:
The above action was effected on 8 April 2008
when the Instrument of Accession of the Republic of Indonesia was received by
the depositary.
In accordance with Article 18, the Convention shall enter
into force for the Republic of Indonesia on 8 April 2008.
A copy of the
original instrument of Accession in English and Bahasa Indonesia and the current
status list is attached.
