TIMBER INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 4

4 .         Interpretation

                In these regulations unless the contrary intention appears — 

        “approved” means approved by the controlling officer;

        “Form” means a form in the Schedule to these regulations;

        “Local Authority” used in respect of a timber holding means the Local Authority, within the meaning of the Health Act 1911  ² , for the district within which that holding is located;

        “section” means a section of the Act; and

        “the Act” means the Timber Industry Regulation Act 1926 .
