STAMP REGULATIONS 1979 - REG 6
6 . Commission allowed licensed vendor of adhesive stamps
A person to whom a
licence has been granted under section 12(1) shall be allowed a
commission at the rate of 15% of the value of adhesive stamps purchased by him
for sale.
