STIPENDIARY MAGISTRATES (EXAMINATIONS) REGULATIONS 1979 - REG 2

2 .         Interpretation

                In these regulations unless the contrary intention appears — 

        “Board” means the Stipendiary Magistrates Examinations Board appointed under regulation 3;

        “member” means a member of the Board.
