FRIENDLY SOCIETIES REGULATIONS 1924 - REG 4

4 .         Application to register complete amendment of rules

                An application to register a complete amendment of rules must be made by the secretary of the society in Form No. 5 annexed hereto, and the due making thereof must be evidenced by statutory declarations, which may be in Forms Nos. 3 and 4 annexed hereto, and the application must be accompanied by a printed copy of the existing rules, and by two printed copies of the new rules certified as provided in Section 11 (3) of the Act, each copy being marked “P” and signed by three members and the secretary. If the Registrar's certificate, under the said section, to the tables of contributions is desired, two copies of the new rules, and the fee prescribed by these Regulations for his certificate, must be forwarded to him prior to making the application in Form No. 5.
