LEGAL PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 29
29 . Objection to admission
(1) Any person may, on
reasonable grounds, object to the admission of a person as a legal
practitioner.
(2) A notice, stating
the grounds of the objection, must be lodged in the Supreme Court at least 7
days before the day on which the application for admission is made.
(3) A person objecting
under this section is entitled to be heard to oppose the admission personally
or by counsel, with or without witnesses.
