LAND ACT 1933 - SECT 148
148 . Transfer on sale
Upon a sale of a
holding under the power of sale hereby conferred upon a mortgagee, he may
transfer the lease or licence to the purchaser, and the transfer shall be
registered in the Department upon payment of such fee as is prescribed.
