CANNABIS CONTROL ACT 2003 - SECT 11

11 .         Extension of time

        (1)         An authorised person may, in a particular case, extend the period of 28 days within which —

            (a)         the modified penalty may be paid; or

            (b)         the alleged offender may complete a CES.

        (2)         The extension may be allowed whether or not the period of 28 days has elapsed.
