BUNBURY PORT AUTHORITY ACT 1909 - SECT 20
20 . Property vested in Port Authority
There shall be vested
in the Port Authority for the purposes of this Act —
(1) All lands of the
Crown within the boundaries of the port, as described in the First Schedule,
including the bed and shores of the port.
(2) All wharfs, docks,
landing stages, piers, jetties, wharf sheds, and railways belonging to the
Government and within the boundaries of the port.
(3) All such other
property as the Port Authority may acquire or the Governor may at any time
think fit to vest in the Port Authority for the purposes of this Act.
Provided that the
Governor may from time to time, by notification in the Government
Gazette —
(a)
alter the boundaries of the port; and
(b)
withdraw any land or other property of any kind from the Port Authority, and
revest the same in the Crown.
