ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT 1988 - SECT 29
29 . Reports to Presiding Officers, the Minister, other Ministers or a standing committee
(1) A report of the
kind mentioned in section 27 or 28 may be made by the Commission to the
Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament if Parliament has been prorogued
or the Legislative Assembly has expired or been dissolved.
(2) If a Presiding
Officer receives a report under subsection (1) the Presiding Officer as soon
as reasonably practicable shall cause that report to be laid before the
relevant House.
(3) A report of the
kind mentioned in section 27 or 28 may be made by the Commission to the
Minister, or another Minister or a standing committee instead of to each House
of Parliament or their Presiding Officers if, for any reason, the Commission
considers it appropriate to do so.
