36 .         Section 335 amended

        (1)         In section 335(1) delete “her,” and insert:

                the midwife,

        (2)         In section 335(5)(a) delete “he” and insert:

                the medical practitioner

        (3)         In section 335(6)(c):

            (a)         delete “Executive Director, Public Health” and insert:

                Chief Health Officer

            (b)         delete “he” and insert:

                the Chief Health Officer
