ACTS AMENDMENT (LESBIAN AND GAY LAW REFORM) ACT 2002 (NO. 3 OF 2002) - SECT 80

80 .         Section 4 amended

        (1)         Section 4(1) is amended as follows:

            (a)         in the definition of “child” by deleting “or adopted”;

            (b)         in the definition of “grandchild” by deleting “or adopted”.

        (2)         Section 4(4) is amended by deleting “father and his illegitimate child, and any other relationship traced in any degree through that relationship, shall be recognized only if paternity is admitted by or established against the father in his” and inserting instead —
