ACTS AMENDMENT (FAMILY AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) ACT 2004 (NO. 38 OF 2004) - SECT 70

70 .         Section 319 amended

                Section 319(1) is amended in the definition of “circumstances of aggravation” as follows:

            (a)         by deleting “means” and inserting instead —

“

                , without limiting the definition of that expression in section 221, includes

”;

            (b)         by deleting paragraph (b) and inserting the following paragraph instead —

“

            (b)         the victim is of or over the age of 13 years and under the age of 16 years.

”.
