ADOPTION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 15 OF 2012) - SECT 68

68 .         Section 146 amended

        (1)         Before section 146(1) insert:

        (1A)         In this section —

        commencement day means the day on which the Adoption Amendment Act 2012 section 68 comes into operation.

        (2)         In section 146(1) and (3) delete “3 years” and insert:

                5 years

        (3)         Delete section 146(4).
