VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 54
54 . Appeals
(1) A party to a
training contract who is dissatisfied by a decision made in relation to the
contract by the chief executive under regulation 39, 46, 47, 48 or 52A may
appeal against it to the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
(2) On an appeal made
under subregulation (1) against a decision, the Commission must rehear the
matter and may confirm the decision or set it aside and either substitute a
decision the chief executive could make or order the chief executive to decide
the matter again.
