VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 35
35 . Chief executive may delegate
(1) The chief
executive may delegate to any person any of the chief executive’s
functions under Part 7 of the Act and this Part, other than this power to
delegate.
(2) A delegation made
under subregulation (1) must be in writing and be signed by the chief
executive.
(3) A person
exercising or performing a power or duty delegated to the person under this
regulation is to be taken to do so in accordance with the delegation’s
terms unless the contrary is shown.
(4) This regulation
does not limit the ability of the chief executive to perform a function
through an agent.
