Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where in accordance
with his duty in respect thereto, under section 7 of the Act the
Statistician from time to time prepares and issues forms and instructions for
the collection of statistics, such forms, until altered or amended or
otherwise dealt with by the Statistician, shall be prescribed forms within the
meaning and for the purposes of the Act and these regulations, and such
instructions, when they are contained in or accompany any such form, shall be
deemed to be a part of such prescribed form.
