49 . Credit (Administration) Act 1984
(1) In this
rule —
cognate Acts and Commissioner have the meanings
given to those terms in the Credit (Administration) Act 1984
section 4.
(2) In any proceedings
before the State Administrative Tribunal under the cognate Acts a person is
authorised under the Act section 39(1)(f) to be represented by the
Commissioner or by a counsel, solicitor or agent for the Commissioner.
