STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL RULES 2004 - REG 30
30 . Giving application to decision‑maker
If a copy of an
application must be given to a decision‑maker, it may be
given —
(a) if
the decision‑maker is not a public sector body, to the chief executive
officer of the Department administered by the Minister to whom the
administration of the enabling Act under which the decision concerned is
given; or
(b) if
these rules or an enabling Act prescribes the holder of a particular office as
a person to whom the copy may be given, to the holder of that office.
