28 . Giving other documents
Subject to a practice
note or direction, if a document, other than an application or a summons, is
required to or may be given to a person, the document must be
given —
(a) by
ordinary service; or
(b) by
pre‑paid post; or
(c) in
the case of a company, as defined in the Corporations Act section 9, in a
way permitted in the Corporations Act section 109X; or
(d) in
the case of an incorporated association, as defined in the
Associations Incorporation Act 2015 section 3, in accordance with
section 176 of that Act; or
(e) in
the case of an unincorporated association, by delivering it personally to the
president, secretary or other similar officer of the association.
